AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The aim of the project is to bring a coalition of
several services in one accessible location for students and staff. The desire
is to develop a well planned and organised cafeteria that will also double up
as a meeting space for student interactions.
Objectives to achieving this goal include:
· Proper
siting of the restaurant to take advantage of Student interactive dispositions.
·
Technical Design and Supervision of the construction and furnishing
· Integration
of guidelines by USDA and NAFDAC in ensuring healthy feeding environment for
students and staff. USDA is a set of rules and guidelines that guides food
delivery procedure .
·
Employment of well trained and qualified managerial and admin staff
·
Integration of a sustainable financial management / repayment scheme.
